Why Do You Need a Tax Certificate?

A tax certificate (Withholding Tax Certificate) is an official document that shows the amount of tax you have paid on your mobile top-ups and service usage. It is often required for filing your annual income tax returns with the FBR.

How to Obtain Your Certificate

You can get your tax certificate through these convenient methods:

  • MyTelenor App: Log in to the app, go to the “Support” or “Profile” section, and look for the “Tax Certificate” option to download it directly.
  • Telenor Website: Visit the official Telenor Pakistan website, navigate to the “Tax Certificate” page, and enter your mobile number and CNIC to receive the document via email.
  • Helpline Request: Call 345 and request the customer support representative to send your tax certificate to your registered email address.

Important Details

Ensure that your mobile number is registered under your own CNIC. If the number is registered under someone else’s name, the tax certificate will be issued against that person’s CNIC, not yours.
