Immediate Steps to Block Your SIM
Follow these steps to secure your account:
- Call the Helpline: Dial 345 from any other Telenor number.
- Speak to an Agent: Request the customer care representative to block your SIM due to loss or theft.
- Verify Identity: You will be asked for your CNIC number and some verification questions to confirm ownership.
Alternative Method: Visit a Franchise
If you cannot reach the helpline, you can visit any authorized Telenor Franchise or Service Center. Bring your original CNIC card to verify your identity, and the representative will block the SIM for you immediately.
How to Recover Your Number
Once your SIM is blocked, your number remains reserved for you. To get your service back, you can visit any Telenor Franchise to request a “Replacement SIM” for your original number. You will receive a new SIM card with the same balance and active packages you had previously.
